TEM-P80 and TEM-P350 Thermal Deburring Systems from Rexroth
For more than 40 years, machine manufacturer Rexroth has been building thermal deburring systems to economically deburr complex workpieces.

By using thermal deburring, widely varying workpieces can be quickly, precisely, and economically deburred. Profit from our years of experience and know-how to integrate thermal deburring into your production system efficiently and economically.



Complex workpiece geometries and difficult-to-reach contours require particularly efficient deburring techniques.


Regardless of whether the burrs are on the workpiece's exterior or internal in tapped holes, the thermal deburring method processes workpieces reliably, quickly, and economically.


Steel, gray cast iron and aluminum components can be superbly deburred using thermal deburring systems.

Rexroth offers two different machine sizes according to component size and production quantity:
  • The TEM-P80 has a deburring chamber diameter of 120 or 150 mm
  • The TEM-P350 has a deburring chamber diameter of 250 or 320 mm
TEM systems are extremely robust and long-lasting, and therefore represent a safe investment.
